Have you ever seen a tractor pull? You may feel that it is one of the most unfortunate metaphors for life. In a tractor pull, a massive engine struggles to pull weight as it works its way up a ramp. The further the weight goes up the ramp, the more difficult pulling the weight becomes. Eventually, the entire rig must stop, and it doesn’t take long. It is a test of power as the machines struggle against the increasing weight and depth of their burdens. Many people are struggling through life with an outlook and an inner disposition that resembles a tractor pull. No matter how strong they are, their internal burden will become heavier until further progress is impossible. They work harder and harder to obtain their desired wealth that they burn out trying. In the end, they fail, and the only satisfaction they get is to have failed more magnificently than their competitors. The names we give to the effort to achieve our goals are equally unfortunate. We call it “the daily grind,” or “the rat race”. How can a self-respecting person malign their own well-being by willfully participating in a “rat race”? We have been trained to think that life is about struggle and sacrifice. In turn, our natural state of bliss becomes more and more obscured. It’s time to lift yourself up.

Introducing: The Bliss Challenge
Suppose that load, which becomes progressively more deeply buried, was lifted out of the mud. Imagine all of that power and potential liberated. The difference might be as great as the difference between a machine designed to fail and an airplane soaring through the clouds. Suppose the burden you feel in your daily life could be alleviated by simply lifting yourself up and freeing that burden. Suppose the resistance you feel could be alleviated by deciding, in earnest, that you deserve prosperity and bliss. What if the answer to unlocking your dreams was to simply lift yourself up? Whether you believe it is possible or not, I challenge you to try it. And, I’m going to show you how. The promise is two-fold. It consists of accessing a state of bliss that is natural, integral even, to your true essence. It also consists of the practical revelation of the fact that, by accessing your natural state of bliss, you will remove so much internal resistance that success becomes less like striving and more like flying. Now, your challenge at this moment is to assess how you feel about that proposition. Take a moment to do that now. Now, to make things a bit easier, let’s talk about the science of bliss.

The Science of Bliss
Neuroscience has done much to bring truths about human potential out of the realm of intuition and into the realm of facts. For a start, we can say with certainty that the brain is a system of connections. Like any electrical system, it connects power to potential, and an incomplete connection is a broken circuit. For example, you have the power within you to hit a tennis ball with a racket and send it back over the net. But if you don’t have the nerve connections that make that action possible, it won’t happen. The right neurons won’t fire. The right muscles won’t twitch, and you won’t be taking home any trophies. To build those nerve connections, you must practice. This is true for any activity from the most simple, like making toast, to the most complex, like playing the piano. It is also true of emotional states.
Your Emotional State
Many years ago, a brilliant psychiatrist said to me, “When you are in a state of anxiety or dread, your ability to feel that feeling becomes stronger and more refined.” The fact is that your brain and body make up the most complex thing in the known universe. There is no object, no system, nothing more sophisticated than a human being. That fact all
by itself tells you that you must learn to manage yourself properly to have and enjoy success. Now we begin to understand the purpose of games. When you practice hitting that ball back over the net, you experience a sensation known as fun. That sensation is there to help you grow, and it is the sensation we want to restore to your daily life. Today, most people are practicing struggle – and I can assure you that many, maybe even most people, have mastered it. Mastering struggle might be best described as a journey into lasting torment. Only a deep misunderstanding about how we function and how the world works could possibly get so many people to curate their own unhappiness.
Access Bliss Today

Your challenge is to realize the truth about bliss. I challenge you to let go of the obsession with struggle and angst and cease adding needless resistance to the system.
My five-day bliss challenge is designed to help you take that first step.
It will require practice. That’s why it’s a five-day challenge and not a ten-second challenge. You will need to practice bliss just as you would practice tennis, to spend time being intentionally in that state. At the end of that time, if you are serious, you will be well on your way to meeting your full, unburdened potential.
I hope you’ll join me.
